The 6 Phases of Meditation

Meditation is very powerful habit to develop for spiritual wellbeing, this is of no doubt.

But what tool you choose as a meditation is important. I have tried different type of mediations over the last few years. This habit I developed when I subscribed to mind valley channel. I am not a subscribed member anymore (also I am not getting paid by anyone to write this). But the few thing I learnt from the courses were quite mind bending and extraordinary. It's not only mediations , but also speed reading, developing a super brain by Jim Kwik etc.

One of the courses, were Vishen's 6 phases of mediations, He is the founder of mind valley. I also attended his silva ultra mind course,

I am always very careful what I follow and practise in my day to day life and it must be in line with Quran, Hadith i.e. my religion. So not everything in the courses I would follow blindly,


There is a Sahih Hadith, Musnad Aḥmad 12286, I would not write the whole Hadith here, but the key message is, it is very important to have a clean heart and not to hold grudge against others, to have your supplications/forgiveness accepted by Allah (SWT). The Hadith talks about a man who would forgive everyone before going to sleep and he was among the people of Paradise.


One of the phases of Vishens 6 phases of meditation, is forgiveness to others. I think this is a powerful mediation tool. It is available on YouTube. Free. I would say even the first 10mins should be enough every night before going to sleep along with other Sunnah, mentioned by prophet (PBUH). Of course this is an additional Ibadah as long as this is done only to please Allah (SWT). We must not forget whatever is mandatory prescribed for us,
