What Happens when you stay away from Major Sins?

If you avoid major sins that are forbidden , then We shall delete your minor sins , and grant you an honourable entry into Paradise (Surah AN-NISA, Ayat 31)

The 7 major sins in Islam are: 1- shirk; 2- witchcraft; 3- killing a soul whom Allah has forbidden us to kill; 4- consuming orphans’ wealth; 5- consuming riba; 6- fleeing from the battlefield; and 7- slandering chaste, innocent women (Sahih al-Bukhari 2766)
